Ken Diamond, Founder & CEO
Ken is founder and President of Digital Action, Inc. , an award-winning executive search firm specializing in recruiting top talent in Print and Digital Communications, Technology, Pharmaceutical and Medical Imaging industries. Ken spearheaded the firm’s recruitment success, achieving double-digit growth and recognition by the Wharton SBDC as one of the Top 100 fastest growing companies in the Philadelphia region. Ken’s early background was in high tech sales and management for industry leading companies in digital graphics and variable data printing. Always a top producer, his track record includes multiple consecutive Presidents club awards while notching numerous sales records.
Ken is also the founder and President of WinTheView.com, a powerful and unique suite of on-line career advancement software tools for building interview presentations, video “elevator” pitches, career success stories, follow-up letters and online portfolios.
Tim Cousounis, Vice President
Since joining Digital Action from Jefferson Health System in 2001, Tim has provided talent acquisition services to clients in the health care and life sciences fields. Currently, Tim serves as Vice President of the Health Care/Life Sciences Practice, and Managing Director of the Palliative Care Group.
In these roles, Tim has led executive search engagements and major recruiting projects for leading companies in medical imaging, home health and hospice, clinical research, senior living, and palliative care sectors.
In addition to being a certified healthcare executive and holding Diplomate status in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Tim has received a Masters’ degree in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and a Bachelors’ degree in Management from Temple University in Philadelphia.
